Refund and Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns, and Refunds

At CleoLyte, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you're unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused portion of the product within thirty (30) days from the delivery date for a refund.

Refunds will include the product cost only, excluding the original shipping charge. Additionally, a return processing and shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted. Only the price of the product is eligible for a refund.

To receive a refund, the unused portion of your product must be returned, and the return package must be received within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Refunds will reflect a deduction of the return shipping cost and processing fee. Please note that the original shipping cost paid at checkout is non-refundable.

Please keep the following in mind when returning an item:

You must first contact us to begin the return or exchange process. Reach out via email at hello@cleolyte.com or by phone at 1-877-302-2536. We will provide you with the return instructions and the proper return shipping address.

We cannot accept returns sent back as “Return to Sender” and cannot process any such packages. Refunds are only issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Items must not show signs of use.

We are not liable for lost or stolen return shipments. To ensure your return is delivered, we recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking or delivery confirmation.

To complete any return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing

After our shipping department receives your return, please allow 5–10 business days for us to process the refund. After processing, depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please keep your return receipt and tracking number until your refund is confirmed. If you haven't received your refund yet, verify your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You may also want to contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

Returning Items

You are responsible for return shipping charges. These are not refundable. If eligible for a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping method. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not qualified for returns or refunds. These include:

  • Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping is non-refundable. This includes both the original shipping fees and any return shipping fees.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not qualified for return or exchange.
  • Premade Bundle or Build Your Own Bundle: Any items part of a bundle or build your own bundle are not qualified for return or exchange.
  • Promotional Items: Any gifts or promotional items received with a purchase are not qualified for return or exchange.
  • Rewards Points Purchases: Items bought using rewards points are non-returnable and non-refundable.
